Delivery Ahoy - Register

By applying as a Business Client Vendor of Delivery Ahoy, (Cold Beer Store, Cannabis Retailer, Restaurant or other legal locally operating business) you hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions of Delivery Ahoy, herein after to be referred to as The Company.

I hereby agree to abide by the laws of my country, and understand that where there is conflict, the laws of the country of operation shall prevail.

I hereby agree that where I am using services that are competitors to The Company that I will ALSO prominently display that I am also using Delivery Ahoy and their affiliated companies/services.

I proclaim that I am a local company in the area in which The Company is operating, or that I am a local franchisee who only employs local people.

I hereby agree that by using The Company's services that I will adhere to a people first policy, whereby automation is only used to increase efficiency that is NOT at the expense of local jobs.

I hereby agree to abide by all the rules and conditions of Delivery Ahoy, or their affiliated services, unless those rules and conditions violate the laws of the country of operation, in which case I promise to abide by the laws of said country.

I agree to only use the services provided by The Company for legal means, and understand that The Company will co-operate fully with law enforcement should any such breaches of conduct be suspected. You agree The Company will in no way be held responisible for any losses of monetary assets, or clientelle as a result of any such allegations that may have occurred as a result of the accusations.

I agree to only use the services provided locally by The Company for any orders that are originating from any service provided by Delivery Ahoy, or it's affiliated companies.

I agree to NEVER charge ANY shipper for product based on them not being on time, either early, or late. I understand that shippers are NOT responsible, nor are their subcontractors, for other businesses tardy behaviour getting orders out late, or delays due to traffic, or road conditions, or any other similar reason. Should an order be exceptionally late; i.e. the driver arrives over 30 minutes late from the estimated time of arrival, that the driver shall waive their delivery fee and still deliver the product, but that will be the absolute maximum liability that can be incurred.

I agree to never complain directly to delivery drivers about any servics or complaints originating from The Company, or any of their affliated servies and companies, and will always adhere to the chain of command and lodge any such compliants via official channels such as at feedback@deliveryahoy.biz.

I hereby agree to adhere to the prices as set out by The Company, whether these are greater than what we would charge, or not. I further agree to ensure that any deliveries done by Delivery Ahoy or it's affiliated companies are compensated accordingly.

I agree to be responsible for keeping my products/menus current and up to date as far as inventory and prices, and understand that should your prices not properly reflecct your store prices that the prices listed on The Company website shall prevail and must be honoured regardless of the price difference.

I undestand and agree that I am responisible for the application, collection and payment of any and all applicable fees and taxes as pertain to the products or services that I am selling using The Company's services, or their affiliated companies.

I understand and agree to adhere to The Company policy that drivers will not be responsible for product that is supposed to be cold, that arrives warm, or for product that is supposed to arrive hot and arrives either warm, or cold.

I understand, and agree to compensate drivers with whatever return fee is currently standard with The Company, should I insist on supplying our own debit machines.

I understand and agree that any money that I owe to The Company, or their affiliates, for services rendered shall be paid out via EFT by the next business day at the lastest, and that all funds owed to me by The Company will be promptly paid within three to five business days, or whenever payment for those services has been received by The Company for said services rendered. In the event of non payment by one of your customers, you hereby understand and agree that it is your sole responsibility to collect these funds, and not The Company, or The Company's affiliates.
